Based on one of our estates, you'll work hands-on across every element of daily estate operations: habitat management, landscape-scale nature restoration, infrastructure maintenance, livestock interfaces, access, and the hundred practical things that keep a working conservation estate functioning. You'll learn directly from our estate team, in the master and apprentice tradition, and you'll be a key point of contact for the contractors, neighbours and visitors who make an estate work.
